For the longest time my audio, be it bluetooth or on the raspi skips and studders once every 30 or so seconds. Sometimes it can go multiple songs without studdering, but sometimes its so often I cant take it and turn the audio off. I have a hifi berry, but it did it with a usb card too. I got a new pi twice, I got a cooler for the cpu, Ive disabled internal bluetooth and about everything in between. Im at a loss. This has been happening since OAP 9. Im going to try a fresh install again, but if that doesnt work Ill post this on the forums. (This happens with bluetooth audio, and internal audio) I tried to capture a video but it didnt catch the skipping. Heres a typed example of that it sounds like: "Black hole -un, wont you c--e. Wash away the -ain"
